Dr. Jeff Nguyen, DDS
Dr. Jeff Nguyen was born in Birmingham, AL, and grew up in Dallas, where he attended the St. Marks School Of Texas for eleven years. He is a second-generation dentist. Dr. Nguyen’s parents are dentists in the DFW area and have been in practice for over 20 years.
After graduating from SMU, Dr. Nguyen was inspired by his parents to become a dentist and carry on the family tradition. His younger sister, Jennifer, also graduated from USC dental school in 2015, and they run their family practices together.
Upon completing his Dental Education at USC, Dr. Nguyen returned home to his family and married his wife, Caroline. He is licensed in the State of Texas. In his spare time, Dr. Nguyen enjoys working out and spending time with his family and dogs.
In addition to maintaining a private practice, Dr. Nguyen is also an adjunct clinical professor at Texas A&M College of Dentistry, where he works with third and fourth-year dental students on the clinic floor treating patients.
Dr. Viachaslau Charnashei, DDS
Dr. Viachaslau Charnashei is a skilled general dentist driven by a passion for creating beautiful smiles. Originally from Belarus, he earned his first dentistry degree in 2011 before embarking on a transformative journey to the United States, when he moved to Dallas, TX in 2019. Not only did he complete the Advanced Standing program at Boston University Henry M Goldman School
of Dentistry in 2023, but he also proudly graduated at the top of his class.
Dr. Charnashei, or Dr. C, is a versatile dental professional, excelling in both cosmetic dentistry, particularly veneers, and comprehensive general dentistry. He also had the honor of being voted “Best of the Best” in crown work during his time in Boston.
Within our practice, he ensures that each patient receives not only outstanding results but also a comfortable and satisfying experience. For him, dentistry is not just a job, it’s an individualized experience where expertise meets a friendly touch.
Dr. John Taylor, DDS
Dr. Taylor was born and raised in Texas and graduated with a BS in Sports Science from Texas A&M and a Certificate in Biomedical Sciences from UT Dallas. He earned his doctorate from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. Dr. Taylor’s unwavering commitment lies in prioritizing his patients’ needs, providing exceptional, detail-oriented, and compassionate care. His favorite aspect of his job stems from the profound impact he can make in people’s lives by transforming not just their smiles but their overall well-being.
Embodying a healthcare philosophy centered on delivering the highest quality care, Dr. Taylor strives to create outstanding experiences for his patients, minimizing anxiety while promoting optimal oral and overall health. His personal journey into dentistry began with a transformative event during his high school basketball game. A local dentist’s swift intervention saved his tooth and inspired him to pursue dentistry, driven by the aspiration to change lives in a similar compassionate and life-altering manner.
With a passion for utilizing advanced technologies and proven techniques, Dr. Taylor is dedicated to providing state-of-the-art dental care. His empathetic and detail-oriented demeanor fosters long-lasting and trusting relationships with his patients. When he’s not helping patients achieve award-winning smiles, Dr. Taylor enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking and playing golf.

Katherine has been a practicing dental hygienist since graduating from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston in 2012. She has maintained the level of care and personal attention to each patient we aim to achieve with every visit! In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family and friends, travel, try new restaurants, and volunteer.

Lead Dental Assistant
Erika is our lead assistant that will always make you laugh! Originally from Dallas, she went to Sam Houston State for physical therapy, but when looking for work, she found a job in a dental office and loved it. She enjoys working with people, especially kids and has now been assisting for 19 years.
Erika has been with HFD for 7 years. You can catch her on the soccer field, playing pool, or caring for her fur babies Karma, Ertz, Jinx, and Lucky when she’s not at work with us.
Lorena, RDA
Registered Dental Assistant
Lorena was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. She has been an RDA for about seven years and has been at HFD for almost six years. She enjoys making her patients feel comfortable and smiling.
On her off days, she enjoys spending time with her family, whether going to the movies, kayaking, or playing soccer together. She also enjoys caring for her three dogs and two cats, who are complete goofballs!

Registered Dental Assistant
Britney was born and raised in Garland, Texas. She has been with HFD for two years and an RDA for over three years. Her future plans are to continue pursuing dentistry by going to dental hygiene school. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring new adventures and spending time with her family.
